Tai Chi Clients Speak Up …
I am a member of the Friendship Center in Magnolia. Several months ago we were introduced to Tai Chi in a Chair as an exercise form suitable for our age group. Our instructor, Terri, is a very personable young lady whose primary interest is instructing our group of senior citizens in the fine art of Tai Chi. I do want to state that the ages or our seniors range from the mid 70's to mid 90's. Not your average exercise age group. At the time we were introduced to Tai Chi, I had learned that it would help my arthritic body. I had begun water physical therapy for a shoulder problem. My physical therapist was impressed by Terry and told me to continue my Tai Chi practice, particularly because of her emphasis on breathing exercises. We all have printed copies of each to use at home during the week.
It is quite possible that I have a tear in my rotator cuff and since my age prohibits surgery, my wellness program is Tai Chi and water therapy. Exercise is essential to a person's well being, and we are fortunate to have many avenues. I thank God for Tai Chi - I consider it a gift.

Having known Terri for several years and having used her various healing services for myself and my animals, I was excited when I discovered that she was teaching a Tai Chi class. I had always wanted to give it a try, but admittedly was a bit intimidated by large classes. When I found out that her classes were small & intimate, I was on board.
I was initially looking for a way to ease back into exercise after a severe ankle sprain and back pain. I had no idea the (other) benefits Tai Chi would provide. The class provided not only gentle stretching, meditation, and slow, steady movement, but also a way to both re-energize and relax.
I have had trouble sleeping soundly for years, always waking around 3 am for no particular reason. After the 3rd or 4th class, no more awaking in the middle of the night!! I don't know if the timing of the early evening scheduled class had anything to do with it, but I could come home feeling renewed, de-stressed -- relaxed and ready for a night of sound sleep. The additional benefits of Tai Chi I've experienced have been as beneficial as the primary results.
Thanks, Terri for introducing this wonderful means of renewing energy & restoring balance in my daily life!

I injured my back (herniated disk). I was looking for an alternative to surgery or traction as I was not comfortable with what the doctors had recommended. So I did my research and was sure that, for me, an exercise program would be the way to go. I mentioned my injury to a friend who recommended Terri.
I knew a little about Tai Chi and it was on my list of things I wanted to eventually do. Lucky for me, there was a new class starting. That was six months ago and I have never felt better.
I describe Tai Chi as yoga in motion. It helps me focus, clear my mind, find relaxation, and leads to refreshment. I love the warm-up exercises we do at the start of each class and now use them before every competition (endurance riding). I see myself continuing on with Tai Chi, Oh, and the best part, less than three months after injuring my back I went on to complete a 100 mile competition.

When it comes to flying, I'm a "white knuckle" traveler. And, yes, I've heard all the statistics about cars being more dangerous than planes. But fear is not rational, so these "assurances" have always failed to reassure me. So last week when I found myself (reluctantly) seated on a plane, taxiing for take-off, the old fear kicked in once again. Now I don't know where I got the idea to do this, but I closed my eyes and mentally went through the 24 forms of Tai Chi Quan. It worked! I became calm. My palms quit sweating. It was an easy flight. The return flight was even easier. Thank you Tai Chi!
Terri -
Thanks so much for the Tai Chi lessons. You're so patient and positive that it's a joy to see you every week and to have a peaceful hour in a busy week.
I look forward to more lessons.
Fondly,
~Sam
2008 was a year of rehab and recovery for me. In November 2007, I was seriously injured when our pickup hydroplaned at 65 mph and rolled several times. All of my broken bones healed timely. However, the musculoskeletal injuries did not. I suffered excruciating chronic pain in my back, neck, chest, and right shoulder and arm. With the chronic pain, I also experienced depression, emotional instability, and chronic fatigue. After months of failed physical therapy, my ortho-spine surgeon suggested I may benefit from massage therapy. A friend told me about Terri. Terri's massage therapy techniques are far superior to my previous therapy, and I began to experience some relief from pain within weeks!!
Terri mentioned she would be starting a Tai Chi class in September and invited me to join her beginner class.
The beginning of the end of my chronic pain came with Tai Chi! Terri has a passion for good health and her patience and talent for teaching, along with her uplifting, motivating spirit inspired my passion and belief that I could one again experience good physical, mental and spiritual health.
...
Since starting Tai Chi 5 months ago, my pain has continuously diminished, my energy level is incredible, and my psyche is once again healthy. My mind, body and soul have benefited in ways I never imagined possible. Tai Chi has become a part of my daily routine.

Terri Sharpe’s massage skills are healing to the touch, literally. When I first went to her I had been in pain from a broken back for about 2 years. I’d tried different physical therapies, been to different doctors, and nothing helped the pain. After my first visit with her, I felt like a weight had been lifted off my back. She came for several treatments, my dog April came to love her visits too, because she got a massage too!
My husband finally tried it. He was amazed at how much better he felt, and has had several massages since…
I highly recommend Terri Sharpe!

I met Terri Sharpe of all places, at the Renaissance Festival, in the fall of 1995. She had recently started her business and had set up a booth where they had all of the relaxation equipment. We had been walking around all day and my back was hurting so I stopped and had a quick 15 minute chair massage. I got Terri’s business card and initially we did not call her. However,it must have been fate, because a couple of months later a friend of ours ran into Terri again at a horse show. At that point, we called Terri and made an appointment. At the time I met Terri I was having a lot of pain in one of my shoulders from a fall I had several years prior. Themassages gave me great relief in my shoulder as well as all over. We initially only had a massage every couple of months, but now 9 years later we get a massage every 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend Terri to anyone that is interested in having a massage.

Terri Sharpe’s technique of gently targeting pressure points has kept me moving for years. I usually have a chair massage and she will work on my neck, shoulders, and back. I have had problems all my life with muscles tightening to the point I could hardly turn sometimes. No one else has been able to provide me with the relief that Terri has…
I would, and do,recommend Terri to everyone. Her technique is gentle persuasion to thosetight muscles to release, stop hurting, and begin to heal.

I know someone that gives the best massages in the world. That is Terri Sharpe. I have been getting massages for about 4 years from Terri. Believe me I know what a great massage is. I have had them in a cave in Steamboat Springs, CO, at Urban Retreat in Houston, at many day spas, on cruises, even at Luxar Spa in Las Vegas (I LOVEMASSAGES). The best one that I have ever had is from Terri. I am never sore and any pain I have before coming to her is gone when I leave. I tell everyone how great she is. I broke my leg two years ago and she came to my house and massaged me and that was so wonderful to escape and not think of the pain in my broken leg. Now when I go on vacation and I want a massage, I just wait until I get home and call Terri. As far as I am concerned she is the BEST!!!!!!

We have known Terri for over ten years and Terri has been providing massages for us and our dog for that period of time. My husband and I each require different types of massage therapy because he likes deep muscle massage, while I prefer less pressure. Terri has consistently delivered satisfaction for both of us for the past ten years. Our dog has greatly benefited from Terri’s touch also. Our Doberman has reached the age of 15, an almost unheard of age for Doberman Pinchers. I strongly believe that one of the big reasons for that is Terri’s massage therapy.
In addition to knowing Terri as our massage therapist, we have gotten to know Terri as a friend, and our massage therapy sessions have evolved into a massage therapy session followed by lunch. During these times, we have gotten to know Terri as a person and she has tremendous character and an insatiable desire to learn how the body works. Her constant learning obviously helps Terri to be a better massage therapist. She truly is the real deal.

Massage has beena significant part of my life and well-being since I met Terri and began usingher as my massage therapist in 1995. With a high stress job and a badneck, I feel strongly that the massages are instrumental in keeping me going and healthy. I schedule my massages three weeks apart, which suits my needs well. On the rare occasions that I have had to push my appointment back a week or two, both my body and my mind know the difference. I begin to feel physically tight and uncomfortable, and I notice that my ability to focus for long periods of time is lessened. Terri is a caring and reliable massage therapist, who works extremely hard to address and meet the individual needs of her clients, and I recommend her whole-heartedly.

Just wanted tolet you know that the chair massage you gave me Sunday was just great…but it ended too quickly!! I always have problems with my neck and shoulders mainly due to computer work, and was relieved and without “nagging” pain. I’m looking forward to getting a full body massage and will be in touch soon…Thanks again!

I’m a Farrier, and I love what I do, but it is a very physically demanding job. I met Terri at a barn we work at and they said she was great. I wasn’t feeling bad, but I knew I had issues with my back, neck, shoulders, and arms. I got a chair massage from her and could tell immediately that she had helped me. I hadn’t felt that good in a long time; I had better range of motion, and was able to perform my job better. I’ve been getting massages every week since then, and hate when I miss one. She also has given me stretches to do and has a very extensive knowledge about her work, and is passionate about what she does. I appreciate what she has done for my family and I, as my wife and son see her on occasion.

Body Talk for Humans …
I met Terri through my wife, Tammy. Tammy had witnessed a BodyTalk session that Terri did with a horse at Aldine Westfield Stables. The horse had been hit by a car and was having problems from the accident.
After the session, the horse was much improved. After hearing the story, Iwas intrigued since the horse would have no expectations going into the session. While I am not metaphysical, I have experienced things that were difficult to explain.
Tammy and I went to visit Terri, who is a wonderful masseuse, one of the best I've ever had work on me. Tammy was to have a BodyTalk session done. Tammy had been suffering from hives and was needing help with the healing process. I was invited to watch the session. I sat in a chair in the corner of the room. My left side was next to Tammy's left foot, maybe two feet from the end of the table.
Terri started the session at Tammy's head and shoulder area. Terri does these sessions with her eyes closed. Tammy also had her eyes closed and was asleep in maybe eight minutes. During her time from relaxation to sleep, I saw no outward effects. At the start of the session both Tammy and I were experiencing "rumbling" in our stomach. Tammy's breathing changed a few times during the first half hour or so, but there was nothing of significance going on that I could tell. Terri was working from the head of the table down Tammy's right side, the opposite side from where I was seated.
Once Terri got to Tammy's feet, or the bottom of the table, I started becoming very relaxed and was having difficulty keeping my eyes open. I wasn't sleepy just very relaxed. At this point I was feeling a sensation or wave moving through my thighs and stomach up toward my chest and shoulders. The sensation then moved down my arms and at the same time through my head. I'm having difficulty describing the sensation since I've never experienced this before. At this point in time Terri is between Tammy and I with her hands forming a connection between the two of us. At times I'm being touched on the head, at others just a closeness between Terri and myself. You can feel Terri's presence without physically seeing the connection. This continued for some time until I had a "pop" in my left ear, similar to a change in elevation. After some additional time, a second pop had occurred. This connection and the popping in my ears lasted maybe six to eight minutes.
Terri them moved away from me and continued up the left side toward Tammy's head. The sensation I was feeling subsided but my now I was noticing I had no"ringing" in my left ear.
I have suffered from tinnitus for many years and really can't remember a time I did not have this in some form. At best, it's a slight ringing, and at it's worse, it's like having Cicadas singing at peak, during breeding time. The sound rises and falls. This can go on for hours and I have no idea what brings it on. Tammy's session was now done. I had some definite opinions and experiences and now wanted a session of my own. Iwasn't sure what to expect, I just knew I wanted this to continue. I told Terri and Tammy that a change had occurred but wanted to wait to talk about it till after my session.
Terri started the session the same way as with Tammy. She was standing at my head with her hands near my head but not touching me. It's strange how you can feel her presence but not have her touch you. You don't have to "see" her but you know she is near you. During the rest of the session she would go from touching my head to just being above me. She moved down my left arm and shoulder area then back to my head.
This occurred I believe three times. While I don't believe I was ever asleep I was very relaxed and on occasion felt a feeling of great calm followed by a force or energy flowing out of me. Once again it's hard for me to describe this feeling. It isn't an excited sense but one of awareness of this force. At one point my thumb, index finger and middle finger, on both hands, were spasming or felt as if they were. I never opened my eyes to see. During this time a great wave of "energy" was flowing out of my hands and forearms. This energy would at times flow out of or into, I could not tell which, my legs through the top ofboth feet. Twice more I had the "pop" in my ears. By now I knew the ringing had stopped.
I know the reader does not know me, however, I would like to say that I was VERY skeptical of this "energy work" concept. While humans have experiences to draw from, they also have or may have expectations that can influence us greatly. It is these expectations that the observer could ever guess or fact or into another's experience. I know that something has occurred within me, the tinnitus is no longer an issue in my left ear. My hope is that it will never bean issue again.

My first “session” of BodyTalk was a chance happening in my mind, and a major turning point in my life. For months I’d been depressed, and plagued with feelings of guilt and extreme grief over the loss of a beloved horse, as well as leaving a 5-year relationship, moving to a new city, and having a new job that was running me down. I didn’t think things could get much worse.
My “morning friend” took her life into her hands and dragged me out of bed one Saturday morning to go to a free"thing" at her Massage Therapist’s house." Neither one of us are into hocus pocus healing, but were interested enough to investigate. I met Terri at her home, and watched the presentation with interest. My name was drawn for the demo, so unconvinced; I climbed up onto the table, prepared for a disappointment.
As she worked, I began to feel like my blood was rushing throughout my limbs, and at this point, she stopped and said, “Oh honey, you are being attacked, aren’t you?” Ok, so now I’m feeling strange as this was dead on, and she goes on to explain to the group that this has gone beyond a simple demo, but I really needed it, so off we went.
All of my emotions began to swim, and it felt like they were bubbling to the surface, and somehow all my anguish was being pulled from every cell and I was so HOT…and I burst into tears for lack of being able to hold it in. Everything churned and ran the gamut for about 30 seconds, and then it was lifted away, like a shroud being swept off…and the tears dried up, and I felt as if I had been on a crying jag for 5 hours, completely drained and unable to even sit up. She let me process for about 10 minutes before I sat up, and I then zoned out for a few more. When I “came back to the real world” we said our goodbyes, and I was still a bit wobbly. On the drive home, my friend explained the episode from her viewpoint…she said the room temp shot up about 20 degrees and was sweltering, and she was watching my emotions flicker over Terri’s face, and was crying with me, feeling the emotions as well. I don’t know who was more stunned, she or I.
I’ve made major strides since, and can now talk about my beautiful Escada without crying and falling into a blue funk for days. I started sleeping again, and can now talk about things, without having the physical response which was wearing me down so. I've become a contributing member of the community at my barn, and am no longer afraid to jump in and help for fear that I'll cause a catastrophic event. I’m a true believer now, and am so thankful I was dragged from bed that Saturday morning on a whim.

I hurt my shoulder about 10 years ago andI’ve experienced pain with it from time to time over the years. I have tried various things to alleviate the pain. Most recently I decided to try BodyTalk. I had immediate relief after the session and it has been two months now and I am still pain free. I would definitely recommend BodyTalk to anyone.

I had a problem of getting easily angered by everyday, normal situations. It started last yearout of the blue. I didn't like crowds, traffic and wanted a lot of space. I'm usually a calm person. I would be triggered very easy and could be mad all day. After my first BodyTalk session, both my boyfriend and myself noticed more patience. I would let problems just fade away. I had an innerpeace about myself, and I can accept situations without stressing out thesedays.
Thank You!

BodyTalk is amazing! Afterhaving a miserable night of sleep due to terrible back pain, I had a sessionduring which my body chose to realign my vertebrae. That night I slept with NO pain!!
“BodyTalk has made a big difference in theway I handle infections. I get through them in much less time
“My first session addressed hydration and wasdirected to my sensory organs of my head. I was amazed because I knew youdidn’t know that I always felt thirsty, and the left side of my sinusand ear always were clogged. Right after the session it all openedup! My eyes watered and my sinus drained for two full days! My leftear popped and I could hear again! I’m feeling great and I’m no longer thirsty!”
“BodyTalk dissolved conflicts I wasexperiencing which made me feel more at peace….”
“It’s amazing how BodyTalk works. I guess everything in the body really is connected.”
I was influenced to something called BodyTalk. At first I was very skeptical but I allowed it to be performed on me. Five minutes was all my body would allow. I thought I really didn’t feel anything but a small relief of pressure between my shoulders. A week later I started having memories of my past that have been locked away for 36 years. I am now able to start allowing my body to heal.

My name is Curtis. I had several problems, mental and physical, mental for two years as the job wasn’t very good. The first year I barely made it, andit was worse the 2nd. For about the last 9 to 10 months I kept having death dreams, day dreams, it didn’t matter. The last 3½ years my feet would hurt. The best way to describe it is a stonebruise on a horse. Thanksgiving 2003 my belly hurt, a constant pain. It lasted a couple of days. Got home, a couple of days went well, and then came the boom. The stomach pain was so severe, my body cramped up about every 7 to 10 seconds. When the cramps started it was hard to breathe and I balled up for relief but there was none. After several days I needed relief, and went to the hospital. After four hours of tests, they said I had an inflamed cecum where the large and small intestines meet. To make it short my colon was swollen, no more greasy food, try not to inflame the colon more than necessary.
Then I met Terri, really open minded to everything I didn’t care. Please stop the pain. I kept believing that there had to be something, and there was. It’s hard to describe what happened to me on that table. I felt heat coming out of my head, then a chill that started at my head and went to my feet. I didn’t know what was happening to my body. I will tell you this, I knew it was right. The lady said I had a long session. I didn’t care, I just wanted to feel better. After the session I felt strange, my body was doing things I could not control. The first day or two my body was numb. I felt strange but with new life. My life feels great now. I’m so glad I met Terri.
Words From Animal Caretakers on Massage…
To Whom It May Concern:
It is with great pleasure and gratitude that I write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Terri Sharpe who does business as Equilibrium.
Terri is a professional, conscientious, dedicated, and caring equine massage therapist. She was referred to me by anothermost satisfied client in December, 2002 as a source of help for my severelyinjured two-year old Thoroughbred filly. PC (horse's name) had suffered damage to her 7th cranial nerve due to an accident in October, 2002 which occurred while unloading from a trailer. She broke her ear drum, was paralyzed on the entire right side of her face, her lower lip drooped grotesquely and was unusable. In addition, food put into her mouth could not be pushed back for ingestion due to partial paralysis of her tongue. After about one month of medical attention and treatment, PC damaged her right shoulder, which resulted in her inability to use all four legs. She hobbled in her stall as needed to get to her food. By December, she had lost 350 pounds. She was being tubed four times daily.
Due to our concern for possible founder and the overall condition of the uninjured parts of her body. We decided to give her twice weekly massage therapy to:
1. Help stimulate the muscles and nervous system of her whole body, which wouldhelp recovery from her injuries, and
2. Provide relief for sore muscles caused by overuse due to right front leglameness, and
3. Provide constant updates as to muscular and nervous system status and progress.
Terri was the perfect professional for this difficult (to say the least) situation. She was caring, obviously knowledgeable about the physiology of the horse. She gained immediate rapport with PC. Her input concerning muscle condition and nerve-development was helpful to all the members of the care team. In short, while PC has also had excellent daily care and outstanding veterinary care and guidance, Terri's service has been invaluable and significant in the recovery of our filly.
In early February, 2003, PC was diagnosed with EPM. She has been successfully treated medically, but Terri has been the key to her muscle redevelopment.
PC is now receiving bi-weekly massages to maintain her muscle tone and monitor progress in muscle re-development. We rely onTerri for progress updates.
In August, 2003, Terri did an evaluation on our new two year old filly currently in training for the races. She suggested we investigate certain foot and leg issues which resulted in veterinary review and confirmation that the filly should return to training immediately.
I recommend Terri Sharpe unconditionally.

I met Terri in the mid-nineties when a horse I had suffered severe muscle strains. He had been tied to a post that was cemented in. He set back, the post broke off and he ran off through the pasture with a 4 foot length of the post hanging from his halter. Of course, as he ran, he had his neck twisted sideways to keep the post away from his legs until the snap on the halter broke and the post fell away. For days, we could barely touch him because of the pain this had created throughout his body. I called Terri. When she came the first time, he tried to bite and kick her when she touched him because the discomfort was so great. The second time she came, a week later, he saw her get out of her car and nickered to her and nuzzled her. No biting, no kicking. The third time, he nickered to her again, and dropped his head for her when she came into his stall. After 3 massages, he was wonderful and had no more problems from that incident.
I would, and do, recommend Terri to everyone. Her technique is gentle persuasion to those tight muscles to release, stop hurting, and begin to heal.

Earlier this year it was recommended that we have an equine massage therapist work on our horse, Commanche, because of some soreness in his back from the saddle. Terri Sharpe came highly recommended to us. Terri gave Commanche a full body massage and it was entertaining to watch him roll his eyes, yawn, and hang his head as he was massaged. While doing the massage, Terri brought our attention to a potential problem in his right front hoof. It was interesting that by massaging his shoulder she could pick up on a hoof problem. She recommended we get it checked out by a vet, which we did the next week and subsequently found inflammation in that hoof. By catching the problem early and treating it with antibiotics we avoided a potentially serious problem later.
Terri was terrific at sharing information and instructing us on ways to massage Commanche to look for potential problems. I highly recommend Terri Sharpe for your equine massage therapist.

We've only known Terri for a few months, but it seems like we've known her forever. I know that our poodle feels the same way. He is 15 years old and has never warmed up to anyone so quickly. He feels very comfortable with Terri! He gets excited when he knows we are going to see Terri. I don't even know where to begin. Our poodle has only seen Terri twice and he's already like a brand new dog. He was no longer experiencing any joy. He was sick, listless, cranky, deaf, & visually impaired. After one visit, he was happy, running around,& acting half of his age after just 3 days. His vision improved drastically and his back pain seemed to vanish. My husband and I highly recommend Terri and not just for animals. I can't wait to get her to work on me and my husband. I was recommending her to friends and family the minute we got in the car. We are very grateful to her for her abilities and her kindness and for the fact that she shares her gift with others.
Thank you. You have made a positive difference in our lives. Our poodle now has been given a longer joyous life and he thanks you too.

I purchased my gelding Trent about a year and a half ago, originally he was thin and very drained of energy and he had a curious spinal bump on the top of his tail. As he gained weight, he gained energy, but with this came discouraging discipline issues. This is initially why I turned to Terri and the BodyTalk system.
His first session with Terri was mostly letting him unwind. Six weeks later at his second session the changes really became apparent. He felt lighter at the trot, and he was using his hind end much more than before for impulsion. I also began to notice shifts in his overall behavior. He was much more relaxed, and the discipline issues have become less frequent, as well as his concentration improving. Our barn manager even mentioned that overall he is more pleasant after Terri has worked on him.

I thought BodyTalk would be beneficial for my older mare. In a week I noticed a difference in the way her body was digesting food.
“My dog was always hungry and eating sticks. I was concerned she wasn’t assimilating nutrition. After BodyTalk, she is eating at regular times, not overindulging and is full! The only time I see her with a stick is when she’s playing
…
I was having a bit of a behavioral problem with my typically sweet-natured, “climb-in-your-pocket” gelding. He started pinning his ears while in the cross ties as I approached him. I felt quite sure that nothing was hurting him, since the behavior did not exhibit itself while I was grooming him, so any sort of traditional westernized pain medicine didn’t seem like an answer. I was a bit skeptical and quite ignorant to BodyTalk, but I am also a believer in homeopathic treatments that western medicine so often discredits. I gave Terri a call and she performed one session on my gelding. No reallysure about what was going on during the session, the one thing I was VERY sure about was the results: no more ear pinning when approached in the cross ties!
BioEnergetic Medicine
My elderly miniature dachshund was starting to show her age and began having some back trouble at 13. I had taken her to my vet, who x-rayed her spine and found some compression in her lower vertebrae, and prescribed rest and a two week dosage of Prednisone. Very concerned about the long term use of steroids, I decided to have Terri perform a BodyTalk session on Chloe, in addition to traditional medicinal treatment. The result was 3 less days of potentially harmful drugs and no problems since! I couldn’t bemore impressed with the long term effects that BodyTalk has had!

All my life I’ve had UTI’s (urinary tract infections) and in the past few years, I had been getting them every 5 to 6 weeks. I was no longer willing to take any more tests or procedures that the doctor continued to recommend and I no longer wanted to take antibiotics, which were stronger and longer doses with every treatment. I turned to Terri. I told her that I had had enough and was ready to do something different. I believed in BioEnergetic Medicine but wasn’t sure if it would help, I’d been dealing with this for years.
I was so ready for this to change that it seemed to start off in slow motion. I know at one point I was only taking 3 drops of one remedy, and 30 of others. It was well worth the wait because after working closely with Terri and though I had to start off very slow, I have now been pain free, UTI free, for 3 months! I don’t remember the last time I felt this good!! I couldn’t be happier!!

I had been experiencing frequent bathroom breaks in the past 3 to 4 years. I found that every two hours I'd have to empty my bladder. It's very hard to get a good nights sleep when you're waking up four times a night!! I went to the doctor and he wanted to prescribe me some medication but I chose not to take it. It was just something I was going to have to live with. So I began drinking less fluids, especially when I was out with friends.
One day in conversation I had mentioned to Terri how I had to use the bathroom every two hours. She suggested I try a BioEnergetic Remedy called ReHydration. She said that it would help my body to absorb the water into my cells and balance my body. I began taking the remedy, just a few drops in my water, that afternoon and I had realized that evening before going to bed, that I hadn't used the bathroom as much. That night I only woke up twice and couldn't believe that I was getting results that quickly. I told Terri about it and she told me that as I continue taking it, it'll just keep getting better and better. I have a trip planned to Italy next week and I'm excited not to have to worry about finding where every bathroom is located while on my vacation!

Terri recommended I start the Openinging Channels program. One month after beginning, I realized I had never opened the extra large box of Prilosec. I was a regular user of Prilosec to treat persistant heart burn, but hadn't taken any in at least a week! Two years of taking heartburn medication pretty much every day and now I wasn't feeling any need for it! Amazing!
I have been following Terri's advice for three months now and not only am I free of heartburn, but my eyes are clearer, my skin softer, and I have much less trouble with the bursitis in my hips. I love this program! Thanks Terri!
